In the 2nd minute, Atacan Heper hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Baransel Tanbay came out of the goal in the 4th minute to try and stop a shot by Zonguldak Asmaspor's Emre Dilsaz. But to his dismay, Emre Dilsaz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The supporters of TRABZON SPOR booed when Zonguldak Asmaspor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sarper Kutertan didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 17th minute İshak Uğuray shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baransel Tanbay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 18th minute, Mustafa Ekrem Çinuçin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Baransel Tanbay was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. In the 23rd minute Sarper Kutertan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baransel Tanbay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Anıl Mücahit Akağan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abdulaziz Uraza in the 24th minute of the match. Baransel Tanbay didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Erdinç Nedim went, in the 26th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. In the 31stth minute of the game Emre Dilsaz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but TRABZON SPOR's Baransel Tanbay was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 31 played minutes TRABZON SPOR got a freekick which was hit by Kıvanç Saver. Baransel Tanbay showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sarper Kutertan in the 34th minute of the match. The supporters of Zonguldak Asmaspor booed when TRABZON SPOR was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kıvanç Saver didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 40th match minute, Zonguldak Asmaspor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emre Dilsaz to maneuver through the defense. Atacan Heper fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anıl Mücahit Akağan having to interfere. Atahan Köksal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After the first half Zonguldak Asmaspor were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

In the 52nd minute Yakup Kadri Özinal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anıl Mücahit Akağan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 53 minutes, Sarper Kutertan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Zonguldak Asmaspor and the TRABZON SPOR players grew even worse after the yellow card. Sarper Kutertan kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. In the 55th minute, Kıvanç Saver ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Anıl Mücahit Akağan was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. After a rather tough play, Zonguldak Asmaspor's Altay Korgan got a free kick in the 63rd minute. In the 64th minute of the match Altuğ Verim sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Anıl Mücahit Akağan skillfully saved the ball. After some careless play in the TRABZON SPOR defense, Sarper Kutertan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Baransel Tanbay. The TRABZON SPOR fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Baransel Tanbay should have stopped the shot. Erdinç Nedim charged in rather forcefully in the 70th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Erdinç Nedim the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 74th minute of the match, Erdinç Nedim tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Baransel Tanbay saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 77th minute, Mustafa Ekrem Çinuçin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Erdinç Nedim kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Baransel Tanbay. That made the score 1-7 in the 79 minute of play. In the 83rd minute, Sarper Kutertan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 88thth minute of the game Erdinç Nedim who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but TRABZON SPOR's Baransel Tanbay was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ahmet Hasan Özgener during the 94th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Zonguldak Asmaspor booed when TRABZON SPOR was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ahmet Hasan Özgener didn't get a good kick on the ball. Erdinç Nedim recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kıvanç Saver's late challenge caught a Zonguldak Asmaspor's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kıvanç Saver helped the player get up and apologised.
