Güney Doğay took the ball and in the 36 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Melih Cevdet Nuralp. Melih Cevdet Nuralp dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Selami Tanırer kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. A sloppy throw-in by Özer Yoruk in the 46th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by KARADAVUT TS's Necdet Uğurtan. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Baykam Sami to make the kick off. After 50 minutes, Selami Tanırer mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the KARŞIYAKA and the KARADAVUT TS players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 60thth minute of the game Baykam Sami who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but KARŞIYAKA's Melih Cevdet Nuralp was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Melih Cevdet Nuralp made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ali Berkant Teren in the 63rd minute. If Tarık Ulusan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. Eray Akkan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cesur Türeli in the 93rd minute of the match. Baykam Sami sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. KARADAVUT TS's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
