Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Cesur Türeli took the kick off in the first half of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmet Seyfi Rafettin in the 4th minute of play forced KARŞIYAKA's goalkeeper Melih Cevdet Nuralp to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kağan Bülbül hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Melih Cevdet Nuralp took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emrah Kutlutekin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kağan Bülbül's late challenge caught a Konyaalti's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kağan Bülbül helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to KARŞIYAKA getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Kağan Bülbül hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in KARŞIYAKA's zone, Ahmet Seyfi Rafettin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Melih Cevdet Nuralp came out of the goal and Ahmet Seyfi Rafettin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Konyaalti's Şimşek Orkutay got a free kick in the 11th minute. Ataol Tanören charged in rather forcefully in the 13th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ataol Tanören the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 13th match minute, Konyaalti was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ataol Tanören to maneuver through the defense. Ata Özaktuğ shot from long distance in the 14th minute, but Zülfikar Tümkan was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. In the 19th minute, Cesur Türeli left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The KARŞIYAKA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. KARŞIYAKA's Melih Cevdet Nuralp played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ahmet Seyfi Rafettin in the 22nd minute of play. After having played for 25 minutes, Ahmet Seyfi Rafettin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Konyaalti's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ahmet Seyfi Rafettin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 30th minute Emrah Kutlutekin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Melih Cevdet Nuralp saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 31st minute, Selami Tanırer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ahmet Seyfi Rafettin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Melih Cevdet Nuralp tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the KARŞIYAKA defense, Ahmet Seyfi Rafettin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Melih Cevdet Nuralp. The KARŞIYAKA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Melih Cevdet Nuralp should have stopped the shot. Emrah Kutlutekin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Konyaalti getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Emrah Kutlutekin hit a great ball. Cesur Türeli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Zülfikar Tümkan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Selami Tanırer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

52 minutes into the match, Konyaalti's Emrah Kutlutekin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Melih Cevdet Nuralp narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ahmet Seyfi Rafettin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Melih Cevdet Nuralp having to interfere. The supporters of Konyaalti booed when KARŞIYAKA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kağan Bülbül didn't get a good kick on the ball. During the 58th minute of the match Ataol Tanören completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Ataol Tanören a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 64thth minute of the game Cesur Türeli who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Konyaalti's Zülfikar Tümkan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 64 played minutes Konyaalti got a freekick which was hit by Emrah Kutlutekin. Melih Cevdet Nuralp made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ahmet Seyfi Rafettin in the 70th minute. Ahmet Seyfi Rafettin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, KARŞIYAKA's Melih Cevdet Nuralp got control of the ball when Emrah Kutlutekin tried to sneak it across the goal line. During the 74th minute of the match Kağan Bülbül completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Kağan Bülbül a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After 74 played minutes KARŞIYAKA got a freekick which was hit by Kağan Bülbül. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ahmet Seyfi Rafettin got free with Melih Cevdet Nuralp in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a defensive mix-up in KARŞIYAKA's zone, Ahmet Seyfi Rafettin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ersin Akkaynak during the 80th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, KARŞIYAKA's Ersin Akkaynak got a free kick in the 80th minute. Ahmet Seyfi Rafettin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Melih Cevdet Nuralp tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ahmet Seyfi Rafettin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With his leg Melih Cevdet Nuralp managed to avoid a goal in the 88thth minute, when Konyaalti's Ahmet Seyfi Rafettin fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Melih Cevdet Nuralp made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ahmet Seyfi Rafettin in the 96th minute. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Konyaalti had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
