In the 15th match minute, Celebi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ege Yenal to maneuver through the defense. In the 16th minute of the match Ata Özaktuğ shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mustafa Barış Ruhsat showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Mustafa Barış Ruhsat made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ersin Akkaynak in the 24th minute of play. After 28 minutes, Cesur Türeli mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the KARŞIYAKA and the Celebi players grew even worse after the yellow card. Cesur Türeli kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. After having played for 29 minutes, Ahmet Boran Baykutay managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Celebi's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ahmet Boran Baykutay was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Melih Cevdet Nuralp showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ahmet Boran Baykutay, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Selim Hızarcı fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Melih Cevdet Nuralp having to interfere. 35 minutes into the match, Celebi's goal looked a bit too open when Cesur Türeli came free, but Mustafa Barış Ruhsat reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 36 minutes into the match, KARŞIYAKA's goal looked a bit too open when Ahmet Boran Baykutay came free, but Melih Cevdet Nuralp reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ahmet Boran Baykutay spun around in front of the goal 38 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of KARŞIYAKA's goal. In the 92nd minute Ahmet Boran Baykutay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Melih Cevdet Nuralp saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Celebi booed when KARŞIYAKA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Selami Tanırer didn't get a good kick on the ball. Melih Cevdet Nuralp showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ahmet Boran Baykutay in the 93rd minute of the match. In the 97th minute, Rauf Uzgoren sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and KARŞIYAKA's Melih Cevdet Nuralp didn't even have to move. The KARŞIYAKA players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Celebi from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
