Lethal Claws FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Demirhan Kabil was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. Hilmi Acarbey made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Birkan Başbuğoğlu in the 29th minute of play. If Hüsnü Şahiner had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hüsnü Şahiner received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Utku İpekçi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hilmi Acarbey made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Birkan Başbuğoğlu in the 35th minute of play. Birkan Başbuğoğlu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cilimli SK's Recep Talha Necid got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Birkan Başbuğoğlu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 2-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Abdulaziz Hirfanlı stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Lethal Claws FC's Alişan Koçak got a free kick in the 54th minute. Recep Talha Necid sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Cilimli SK booed when Lethal Claws FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Metin Eracar didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 62nd minute Abdulaziz Hirfanlı shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Utku İpekçi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Yenal Kiray fell near the penalty area in the 63rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cilimli SK's protests and gave Yenal Kiray a yellow card for diving instead. After 64 played minutes Cilimli SK got a freekick which was hit by Yenal Kiray. Recep Talha Necid's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hilmi Acarbey read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 66th minute of play. 69 minutes into the match, Lethal Claws FC's goalkeeper Hilmi Acarbey had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Birkan Başbuğoğlu. Hilmi Acarbey made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Birkan Başbuğoğlu sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in Lethal Claws FC's zone, Birkan Başbuğoğlu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hilmi Acarbey came out of the goal and Birkan Başbuğoğlu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Lethal Claws FC's Metin Eracar got a free kick in the 83rd minute. When Birkan Başbuğoğlu came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Cilimli SK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Birkan Başbuğoğlu couldn't finish the play. The Lethal Claws FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Cilimli SK were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
