With a couple of smart ball manuevers Erhun Şennur in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Can Kudret saved ßeşiktaş from getting behind. In the 21st minute, Ahmet Seyfi Kabakçı left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sütcüler fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. If Altan Suha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 31st minute, Ali Emir Hatim hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ahmet Seyfi Kabakçı scored 1-2 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Can Kudret, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Gökhan Mennan got free with Can Kudret in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Can Kudret made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gökhan Mennan in the 77th minute of play. 80 minutes into the game, Altan Suha cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Cüneyt Arınç was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Can Kudret was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Erhun Şennur showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-3 in the 86 minute of play.
