Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Necat Ongen made the kick off and thus started the match. Suphi Tümcan hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. Aytunç Cengaver struck a weak shot in the 3rd minute. Cüneyt Arınç didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ilıca Spor Kulübü. Cüneyt Arınç made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Necat Ongen in the 5th minute of play. Aytunç Cengaver recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 11th minute Necat Ongen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cüneyt Arınç saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Ilıca Spor Kulübü's Zafer Hinoğlu got control of the ball when Erhun Şennur tried to sneak it across the goal line. After having played for 21 minutes, Necat Ongen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ilıca Spor Kulübü's supporters crossed their fingers, but Necat Ongen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Serter Akburak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cüneyt Arınç having to interfere. Cüneyt Arınç showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ceyhan Nedret in the 25th minute of the match. Zafer Hinoğlu made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Erhun Şennur sent off a good shot on target. 32 minutes into the game, Sütcüler's Ahmet Seyfi Kabakçı nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Zafer Hinoğlu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. After having played for 35 minutes, Necat Ongen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ilıca Spor Kulübü's supporters crossed their fingers, but Necat Ongen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cüneyt Arınç showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sancar Oktar in the 41st minute of the match. Ilıca Spor Kulübü's Fethi Mukerrem got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ahmet Seyfi Kabakçı was the one to do the kick off. Erhun Şennur received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Zafer Hinoğlu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cüneyt Arınç showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Necat Ongen, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Ilıca Spor Kulübü's zone, Erhun Şennur stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zafer Hinoğlu came out of the goal and Erhun Şennur tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ceyhan Nedret's late challenge caught a Sütcüler's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ceyhan Nedret helped the player get up and apologised. After 67 played minutes Ilıca Spor Kulübü got a freekick which was hit by Ceyhan Nedret. Ahmet Seyfi Kabakçı received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Zafer Hinoğlu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 73 minutes into the match, Sütcüler's goalkeeper Cüneyt Arınç had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fethi Mukerrem. An unexpectedly hard shot by Necat Ongen in the 75th minute of play forced Sütcüler's goalkeeper Cüneyt Arınç to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cüneyt Arınç made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fethi Mukerrem in the 76th minute. Adem Özal hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. The supporters of Ilıca Spor Kulübü booed when Sütcüler was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adem Özal didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 82 played minutes Ilıca Spor Kulübü got a freekick which was hit by Ceyhan Nedret. Ceyhan Nedret could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 88th minute of the match, but Cüneyt Arınç made a huge save. Sütcüler's Cüneyt Arınç proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save Sütcüler from getting a goal against them. In the 91st minute, Necat Ongen fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Cüneyt Arınç, passed just outside the right post. During the 92nd minute of the match Ceyhan Nedret completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Ceyhan Nedret a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 93rd minute, Ceyhan Nedret hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ahmet Seyfi Kabakçı's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Zafer Hinoğlu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 95th minute of play. Sütcüler were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Ilıca Spor Kulübü for a fine match.
