Abdulmelik Özerhan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eren Kocaalp, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Kursunlu FK's zone, Arda Baybars Ünveren stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Abdulmelik Özerhan came out of the goal and Arda Baybars Ünveren tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 26 minutes into the match, Kursunlu FK's goal looked a bit too open when Demir Birge came free, but Abdulmelik Özerhan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to marlboro getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Arda Baybars Ünveren hit a great ball. Kadim Tümerk hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Kursunlu FK's zone, Eren Kocaalp stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Abdulmelik Özerhan came out of the goal and Eren Kocaalp tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Kursunlu FK's Saffet Sadi got a free kick in the 34th minute. 38 minutes into the game, marlboro's Demir Birge nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Abdulmelik Özerhan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Kursunlu FK's Abdulmelik Özerhan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Atalay Balbay in the 43rd minute of play. Demir Birge recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Demir Birge struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Abdulmelik Özerhan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for marlboro. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

With a little luck, Kursunlu FK's Abdulmelik Özerhan got control of the ball when Gafur Hallaç tried to sneak it across the goal line. Demir Birge in the 76thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Abdulmelik Özerhan, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Kursunlu FK's defense didn't have a chance, in the 77th minute, when Kadim Tümerk scored to the left of an out of position Abdulmelik Özerhan, making the score, 0-5. In the 80th match minute, Kursunlu FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Musa Habiboğlu to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Kursunlu FK booed when marlboro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eren Kocaalp didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 84 minutes of play, Kursunlu FK's Saffet Sadi made it 1-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Demir Birge fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abdulmelik Özerhan having to interfere. Abdulmelik Özerhan made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Demir Birge sent off a good shot on target. marlboro played a much better game than Kursunlu FK and deserved their victory. The Kursunlu FK players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
