Saffet Sadi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Redbull Yalıköy's zone, İlhami Sabi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ziya Tolunay came out of the goal and İlhami Sabi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 13th match minute, Redbull Yalıköy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abdulbaki Çetinay to maneuver through the defense. After 16 minutes of play, Redbull Yalıköy's Mustafa Kemal Midilli made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Abdulmelik Özerhan was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Abdulbaki Çetinay came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Redbull Yalıköy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abdulbaki Çetinay couldn't finish the play. 22 minutes into the game, Redbull Yalıköy's Mehmet Oğuz Yılğıralp nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Abdulmelik Özerhan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. After 24 played minutes Kursunlu FK got a freekick which was hit by Mehmet Ediz Kurboga. Redbull Yalıköy's Mustafa Kemal Midilli got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Abdulmelik Özerhan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mustafa Kemal Midilli in the 28th minute of the match. Abdulmelik Özerhan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mehmet Oğuz Yılğıralp, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. In the 31st minute Mustafa Kemal Midilli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abdulmelik Özerhan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 32 minutes into the match, Kursunlu FK's Saffet Sadi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ziya Tolunay narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Redbull Yalıköy's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kursunlu FK the free kick. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Musa Habiboğlu couldn't finish the play. 48 minutes into the match, Kursunlu FK's goal looked a bit too open when Mustafa Kemal Midilli came free, but Abdulmelik Özerhan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half Redbull Yalıköy were leading 0-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mustafa Kemal Midilli made a kick off. Abdulmelik Özerhan was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Abdulbaki Çetinay showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-7 in the 91 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mustafa Kemal Midilli in the 95th minute of play forced Kursunlu FK's goalkeeper Abdulmelik Özerhan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match was over Redbull Yalıköy could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Kursunlu FK throughout the match.
