After 6 minutes, Sait Erbay mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Göle and the Adaletspor players grew even worse after the yellow card. Nebi Seyfullah was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 7th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Ergün Özalp recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Feyyaz Tarık had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 16 played minutes Adaletspor got a freekick which was hit by Ulu Kabakçı. In the 17thth minute of the game Feyyaz Tarık who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Adaletspor's Vahit Coşkunsu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match clock showed 21 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Devran Ağırtaş sped through Göle's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Serbülent İley. Adaletspor's Vahit Coşkunsu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Adaletspor from getting a goal against them. After having played for 26 minutes, Devran Ağırtaş managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Adaletspor's supporters crossed their fingers, but Devran Ağırtaş was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Kasım İpçi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Serbülent İley having to interfere. Ergün Özalp received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Vahit Coşkunsu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Feyyaz Tarık struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Vahit Coşkunsu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Göle. Feyyaz Tarık sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Adaletspor's Erim Özdoa got a free kick in the 46th minute. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Göle fans cheered their team off the field, for while Adaletspor had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
