Göle's Ergün Özalp managed to work through Sulusaray JK's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Ergün Özalp dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Bektaş Şahbazoğlu charged in rather forcefully in the 11th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bektaş Şahbazoğlu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 11 played minutes Göle got a freekick which was hit by Bektaş Şahbazoğlu. An unexpectedly hard shot by Asrın Ayman in the 12th minute of play forced Göle's goalkeeper Serbülent İley to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Feyyaz Tarık came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the Göle fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Feyyaz Tarık couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hakan Akcebe in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Serbülent İley prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Asrın Ayman in the 21st minute of play forced Göle's goalkeeper Serbülent İley to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 22 minutes, Hakan Akcebe managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sulusaray JK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hakan Akcebe was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 27 minutes into the match, Asrın Ayman had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Serbülent İley. Göle's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Asrın Ayman was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 30th minute, Tibet Turay hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the Sulusaray JK defense, Feyyaz Tarık kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Güray Erdem. The Sulusaray JK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Güray Erdem should have stopped the shot. Bektaş Şahbazoğlu got his second yellow card in the match during the 35th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 35th match minute, Göle was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bektaş Şahbazoğlu to maneuver through the defense. Asrın Ayman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hakan Akcebe stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Baran Alp Ongunes during the 56th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Sulusaray JK getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Enis Tekecan hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ergün Özalp in the 64th minute of play forced Sulusaray JK's goalkeeper Güray Erdem to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hakan Akcebe in the 70th minute of play forced Göle's goalkeeper Serbülent İley to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Sulusaray JK's Hakan Akcebe in the 71st minute got a chance for a shot 71st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Göle's goalie prevented a goal. After having played for 74 minutes, Ergün Özalp managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. But to his dismay, Ergün Özalp quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. When Ergün Özalp came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Göle fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ergün Özalp couldn't finish the play. Behram Akkaynak hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. If Vahap Taymaz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Sulusaray JK's Erkin Pekdeger got a free kick in the 85th minute. Hakan Akcebe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Serbülent İley having to interfere. The Sulusaray JK players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Göle from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
