The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Robin Asplund showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 4 minutes into the match, Antalya's goal looked a bit too open when Fetih Boysan came free, but Robin Asplund reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 10thth minute of the game Abdulaziz Köksal who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Antalya's Robin Asplund was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Fetih Boysan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 16 played minutes Antalya got a freekick which was hit by Behlül Uca. Robin Asplund showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fetih Boysan in the 18th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ahmet Rıfat Pertev during the 20th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 20th match minute, Antalya was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ahmet Rıfat Pertev to maneuver through the defense. Gafur Karakaya struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Igor Haikin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Antalya. Arif Oğuz Yekta's late challenge caught a Antalya's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Fetih Boysan to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Mustafa Birol Orgunalp got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 65 minutes into the game, Ragıp Ilıca was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Merzifon's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Antalya the free kick. After a rather tough play, Merzifon's Ragıp Ilıca got a free kick in the 65th minute. In the 66thth minute of the game Mustafa Birol Orgunalp who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Merzifon's Igor Haikin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 71st minute, Abdulaziz Köksal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tekin Özkul got his second yellow card in the match during the 86th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. A collision led to Merzifon getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Tekin Özkul hit a great ball. Abdulaziz Köksal blasted a shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Robin Asplund having to make a save. Robin Asplund was out of position in the 96 minute of play, and Ragıp Ilıca capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ragıp Ilıca really showed his touch with that goal: 0-2. When the final whistle sounded Merzifon left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Antalya.
