In the 6th minute, Erdal Ulutaş got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cüneyt Akboy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erdal Ulutaş, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 12th minute, Fikri Gilşah got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 15 minutes of play, Karapinar's Erdal Ulutaş made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cüneyt Akboy was left in no man's land by his defense there! 18 minutes into the match, Cezmi Akçan notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of AYG SK's Cüneyt Akboy. Cüneyt Akboy was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 28thth minute of the game Erkut Civanbaht who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AYG SK's Cüneyt Akboy was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Karapinar's zone, Peyami Saltık stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ahmet Hayri Tekalp came out of the goal and Peyami Saltık tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 35th minute Batuğ Binalp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cüneyt Akboy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. AYG SK's Cüneyt Akboy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erkut Civanbaht in the 40th minute of play. Cüneyt Akboy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Barış Hozatlı in the 43rd minute of play. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Karapinar booed when AYG SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ahmet Hamdi Baykara didn't get a good kick on the ball. Karapinar's Ahmet Gökalp Nazmi couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for AYG SK. If Erkut Civanbaht had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Cüneyt Akboy made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Erkut Civanbaht sent off a good shot on target. 87 minutes into the match, AYG SK's goalkeeper Cüneyt Akboy had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Erkut Civanbaht. Erkut Civanbaht could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Cüneyt Akboy made a huge save. 90 minutes into the game, Enginalp İkinci was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Karapinar's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave AYG SK the free kick. A collision led to Karapinar getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Enginalp İkinci hit a great ball. Cezmi Akçan kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. Karapinar played a much better game than AYG SK and deserved their victory. The AYG SK players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
