The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. With 4 minutes on the clock, Bahri Eke commited a dangerous tackle. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ahmet Rıfat İlkser in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Grzegorz Lato saved Pazarsuyu SK from getting behind. Başar Üçok hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. With his leg Grzegorz Lato managed to avoid a goal in the 13thth minute, when Haşhaşkent FK's Ahmet Rıfat İlkser fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 17 minutes into the game, Pazarsuyu SK's Tayfur Şimşek nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ali Kağan Bayer made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. After 20 played minutes Pazarsuyu SK got a freekick which was hit by Durmuş Müşfik. After a defensive mix-up in Pazarsuyu SK's zone, Ahmet Rıfat İlkser stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Grzegorz Lato came out of the goal and Ahmet Rıfat İlkser tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 28 minutes into the match, Anıl Ege Özdeğer notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Haşhaşkent FK's Ali Kağan Bayer. Ali Kağan Bayer was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 31st minute the ball was on its way in behind Pazarsuyu SK's goalkeeper Grzegorz Lato, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 41st minute, Durmuş Müşfik ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ali Kağan Bayer was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. The supporters of Haşhaşkent FK booed when Pazarsuyu SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mirkelam Ağar didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Tayfun Nasip came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Haşhaşkent FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tayfun Nasip couldn't finish the play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Muharrem İlter stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Grzegorz Lato didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Haşhaşkent FK's Ahmet Rıfat İlkser shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-3 in the ordered_time% minute. In the 58th minute, Mustafa Numan Tardu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ahmet Rıfat İlkser fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Grzegorz Lato having to interfere. Grzegorz Lato stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ahmet Rıfat İlkser's shot from short distance in the 66th minute. In the 67th minute, Ahmet Rıfat İlkser got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 73 minutes, Ahmet Rıfat İlkser made it 3-3 with a short kick to the right side. Pazarsuyu SK's Grzegorz Lato tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Günay Cuma recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ali Kağan Bayer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Muharrem İlter in the 83rd minute of the match. In the 83rd match minute, Haşhaşkent FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sungurhan Yurtsever to maneuver through the defense. The Haşhaşkent FK fans' excitement grew in the 87th match minute when Haşhaşkent FK's Ahmet Rıfat İlkser looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 91 minutes into the match, Sungurhan Yurtsever notched a goal, 5-3, to the right of Pazarsuyu SK's Grzegorz Lato. Grzegorz Lato was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
