AYG SK's Peyami Saltık suffered a concussion after 44 minutes and had to leave the field. When Bahri Eke fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Haşhaşkent FK's protests and gave Bahri Eke a yellow card for diving instead. In the 43rd minute, one of Haşhaşkent FK:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Haşhaşkent FK.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Adil Açıkgün was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes into the game, Haşhaşkent FK's Ahmet Rıfat İlkser nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cüneyt Akboy made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. AYG SK's Cüneyt Akboy proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save AYG SK from getting a goal against them. Cüneyt Akboy came out of the goal and Sungurhan Yurtsever tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mustafa Numan Tardu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cüneyt Akboy made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Habib Şinas sent off a good shot on target. AYG SK's Cüneyt Akboy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sungurhan Yurtsever in the 72nd minute of play. When Habib Şinas got free in front of the goal in the 76th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Cüneyt Akboy was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. AYG SK's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Habib Şinas 78 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 3-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Habib Şinas in the 85th minute of play forced AYG SK's goalkeeper Cüneyt Akboy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Günay Cuma's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cüneyt Akboy was relentless in the 87th minute of the game.
