Christoffer Rabben breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cuma Ongunes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bedri Başbuğoğlu's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. Sarp Mennan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christoffer Rabben having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mümtazer Sayhan in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Christoffer Rabben prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Christoffer Rabben showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sarp Mennan in the 34th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Latif Acarbay got free with Cuma Ongunes in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Necat Sualp scored 0-1 in the 37th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Christoffer Rabben, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 42ndth minute of the game Bedri Başbuğoğlu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but DORUK MERT's Cuma Ongunes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 45th minute of the match, Bedri Başbuğoğlu tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Cuma Ongunes saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Latif Acarbay's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 48thth minute, Cuma Ongunes skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

In the 52nd minute of the match, Sarp Mennan got a very nice opportunity to score, but Christoffer Rabben was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. DORUK MERT's Cuma Ongunes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bedri Başbuğoğlu in the 53rd minute of play. 56 minutes into the match, DORUK MERT's goal looked a bit too open when Bedri Başbuğoğlu came free, but Cuma Ongunes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 58th minute, Latif Acarbay left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tokatspor fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. In the 62nd minute, Sarp Mennan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Latif Acarbay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Latif Acarbay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 70 minutes, Ramazan Vecdet mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the DORUK MERT and the Tokatspor players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ramazan Vecdet kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. The audience cheered when Sait Zahir's long shot passed Cuma Ongunes's right side. It was 2-1, 71 minutes into the match. In the 74th minute, Ramazan Vecdet ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Christoffer Rabben was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Cuma Ongunes didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bedri Başbuğoğlu went, in the 80th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. Roosevelt Dailey received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Cuma Ongunes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Tokatspor had won after a very even match.
