Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Taci Cespan took the kick off in the first half of the match. Mustafa Başeskioğlu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmet Reha Orkan having to interfere. Sivasli's Aktan Cemre couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 10th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Ortaköy. In the 13th match minute, Sivasli was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alaaddin Durucan to maneuver through the defense. Cevahir Eldem, 14 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Ceyhun Birsoy was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 17th minute. Ortaköy's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. After a rather tough play, Sivasli's Ediz Özalpsan got a free kick in the 17th minute. Şahin Kayra's late challenge caught a Sivasli's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Şahin Kayra helped the player get up and apologised. Şahin Kayra kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Taci Cespan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ahmet Reha Orkan was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. If Gürol Böke had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After recieving a nice pass, Sivasli's Aktan Cemre tried to score from far away in the 39th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Osman Ali Sunguralp during the 42nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Sivasli's Osman Ali Sunguralp got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Gürol Böke sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ceyhun Birsoy to strike the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Taci Cespan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sivasli's supporters rose to their feet, but Taci Cespan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ahmet Reha Orkan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Mustafa Başeskioğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mustafa Başeskioğlu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmet Reha Orkan having to interfere. Mustafa Başeskioğlu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ahmet Reha Orkan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 77th minute of play. Gürol Böke fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Veli Ümit having to interfere. 81 minutes into the match, Ortaköy's goal looked a bit too open when Ediz Özalpsan came free, but Ahmet Reha Orkan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Veli Ümit showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gürol Böke in the 84th minute of the match. Aktan Cemre charged in rather forcefully in the 85th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aktan Cemre the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Taci Cespan in the 88th minute of play forced Ortaköy's goalkeeper Ahmet Reha Orkan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ahmet Reha Orkan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Taci Cespan in the 92nd minute of play. In the 93rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Ortaköy's goalkeeper Ahmet Reha Orkan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Mustafa Başeskioğlu came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Sivasli fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mustafa Başeskioğlu couldn't finish the play. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
