Recai Beren breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 22ndth minute of the game Yıldıray Yanar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but NBAYS FC's Recep Talha Revan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mustafa Ali Erbelgin in the 30th minute of play forced Istanbul Basaksehir FK's goalkeeper Recai Beren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zeki Semir sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Zeki Semir in the 35thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Recep Talha Revan came out and tried to block the shot, but Mehmet Bedri Yeğin slotted it home off the left post making it 2-2 in the 86th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Istanbul Basaksehir FK's zone, Ferit İlhanoğlu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Recai Beren came out of the goal and Ferit İlhanoğlu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
