The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Taci Keyfer scored 0-1 in the 3rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ertaç Alkın, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ayhan Ilımlı's late challenge caught a Sariyahsi's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ayhan Ilımlı helped the player get up and apologised. Ayhan Ilımlı kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. When Arif Egemen Kızılateş fell near the penalty area in the 8th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sariyahsi's protests and gave Arif Egemen Kızılateş a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of zσηє αттα¢к ƒ.¢ booed when Sariyahsi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arif Egemen Kızılateş didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 12 played minutes Sariyahsi got a freekick which was hit by İsrafil Rıdvan. 17 minutes into the match, Derya Oğuzman notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of zσηє αттα¢к ƒ.¢'s Ertaç Alkın. Ertaç Alkın was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to zσηє αттα¢к ƒ.¢ getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Aykan Yamaner hit a great ball. In the 24thth minute of the game İsrafil Rıdvan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but zσηє αттα¢к ƒ.¢'s Ertaç Alkın was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ertaç Alkın stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of İsrafil Rıdvan's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. Taci Keyfer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ertaç Alkın having to interfere. When Ayhan Ilımlı was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 32 minutes had been played. A collision led to zσηє αттα¢к ƒ.¢ getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Ayhan Ilımlı hit a great ball. Kazım Şenel made in the 35th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Sariyahsi's Taci Keyfer. After 35 minutes of play, Sariyahsi's İsrafil Rıdvan made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ertaç Alkın was left in no man's land by his defense there! zσηє αттα¢к ƒ.¢'s Ertaç Alkın played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Taci Keyfer in the 39th minute of play. Derya Oğuzman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ertaç Alkın having to interfere. zσηє αттα¢к ƒ.¢'s Ertaç Alkın played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Derya Oğuzman in the 45th minute of play. Taci Keyfer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Süleyman Atlas to make the kick off. Süleyman Atlas's late challenge caught a Sariyahsi's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. In the 59th minute, Süleyman Atlas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 61 minutes into the match, Sariyahsi's Taci Keyfer sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ertaç Alkın narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 62 played minutes zσηє αттα¢к ƒ.¢ got a freekick which was hit by Aykan Yamaner. When the match had gone on for 63 minutes, İsrafil Rıdvan took a quick shot and it went in 0-5 without a chance for Ertaç Alkın to make any attempt to save it. zσηє αттα¢к ƒ.¢'s Ertaç Alkın played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Derya Oğuzman in the 69th minute of play. When Derya Oğuzman came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the Sariyahsi fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Derya Oğuzman couldn't finish the play. Ertaç Alkın took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arif Egemen Kızılateş, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. İsrafil Rıdvan struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Ertaç Alkın didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sariyahsi. With an all-out effort, Sariyahsi's Ertaç Alkın threw himself towards the right post 94 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Derya Oğuzman, which otherwise would have been placed in the net.
