Gökalp Eskioğlu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of İstemihan Talaykan's shot from short distance in the 5th minute. After having played for 11 minutes, İstemihan Talaykan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Şerafettin Çoğahan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ömer Kaymaz in the 81st minute of play. After 81 played minutes Sultanahmet SK got a freekick which was hit by Balamir Taşel. 84 minutes into the game, Batuğ Altuğ was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sultanahmet SK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Simental gücü the free kick. A collision led to Sultanahmet SK getting a freekick after 84 minutes play.
