Baybars Urangu came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by Acibadem's Ahmet Erdem Geylanoğullarından. But to his dismay, Ahmet Erdem Geylanoğullarından quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. A collision led to Acibadem getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Abdi Remiz hit a great ball. Merzifon's Gencer Şensal shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 22nd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Nafiz Fırıncı but with some difficulty. In the 24th minute Melih Cevdet Tuğaltan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nafiz Fırıncı saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Acibadem's zone, Çakır Bengisoy stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nafiz Fırıncı came out of the goal and Çakır Bengisoy tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Göktürk Ülmen during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Batıkan Kabakçı hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. If Çakır Bengisoy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a defensive mix-up in Acibadem's zone, Çakır Bengisoy stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nafiz Fırıncı came out of the goal and Çakır Bengisoy tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Acibadem's Sezer Hacılar got a free kick in the 42nd minute. If Melih Cevdet Tuğaltan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ahmet Haşim Masum made a kick off. 59 minutes into the game, Ahmet Erdem Geylanoğullarından cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Baybars Urangu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Melih Cevdet Tuğaltan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. Baybars Urangu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ahmet Erdem Geylanoğullarından in the 75th minute. Acibadem's Ahmet Haşim Masum got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 83rd minute, Karhan Şanalp sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Acibadem's Nafiz Fırıncı didn't even have to move. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Acibadem walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
