Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Kutlay Işınsu got the match started through his kick off. Adnan Türel made a fantastic save in the 6th minute, when Mehmet Edip Bican sent off a good shot on target. After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Mehmet Edip Bican managed to get in a good position for a shot. Catalcesme's supporters rose to their feet, but Mehmet Edip Bican was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Adnan Türel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Catalcesme's zone, Abdülhamid Han stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zikri Erbay came out of the goal and Abdülhamid Han tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. BEŞİKTAŞ's Adnan Türel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save BEŞİKTAŞ from getting a goal against them. Batuhan Çiftçibaşı took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Adnan Türel. Adnan Türel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Zikri Erbay showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abdülhamid Han, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Zekai Tecimen hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Adnan Türel was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Yalçın İsmail. Zikri Erbay came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by BEŞİKTAŞ's Abdülhamid Han. But to his dismay, Abdülhamid Han quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. After 33 minutes, Eray Kalhan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the BEŞİKTAŞ and the Catalcesme players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, BEŞİKTAŞ's Eray Kalhan got a free kick in the 34th minute. The long shot by Necmi İnanç in the 34th minute really tested Adnan Türel's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Abdülhamid Han sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Batuhan Çiftçibaşı's late challenge caught a BEŞİKTAŞ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Batuhan Çiftçibaşı helped the player get up and apologised. BEŞİKTAŞ's Adnan Türel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save BEŞİKTAŞ from getting a goal against them. After 43 played minutes BEŞİKTAŞ got a freekick which was hit by Faruk Nafiz Sağlamer. Adnan Türel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kutlay Işınsu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Abdülhamid Han made a kick off. Lütfü Haseki hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Catalcesme's Zikri Erbay proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save Catalcesme from getting a goal against them. Adnan Türel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bedri Tokyüz in the 55th minute of the match. Adnan Türel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kutlay Işınsu in the 56th minute of play. If Mehmet Edip Bican had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Abdülhamid Han in the 61st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zikri Erbay prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Adnan Türel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mehmet Edip Bican in the 63rd minute of the match. Kutlay Işınsu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adnan Türel having to interfere. If Mehmet Edip Bican had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Abdülhamid Han fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zikri Erbay having to interfere. Abdülhamid Han in the 73rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Zikri Erbay, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Mehmet Edip Bican sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 83 minutes into the game, Kutlay Işınsu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Adnan Türel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A hard shot 86 in the game by Abdülhamid Han from a close distance when the talented Zikri Erbay managed to make a qualified save. Catalcesme's players were relieved. The supporters of Catalcesme booed when BEŞİKTAŞ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cihan Eskioğlu didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to BEŞİKTAŞ getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Fuat Selman hit a great ball. Many of BEŞİKTAŞ's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. BEŞİKTAŞ may have spent more time on the ball, but Catalcesme were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
