After 10 played minutes Halit Durkaya rounded T O K T A Ğ A N's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. In the 14th minute, Halit Durkaya ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ahmet Arif Adaş was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Şadi Seciye got free with Ahmet Arif Adaş in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ahmet Arif Adaş showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Halit Durkaya, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. In the 43rd minute Tarık Okseven shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Numan Taşkınay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as T O K T A Ğ A N's Tarık Okseven slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Numan Taşkınay. That made the score 4-3 after 98 minutes of play. Kastamonuspor's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
