Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Erbaa's Gökçek Mukremin started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, Erbaa's Mesut Pakkan got a free kick in the 6th minute. In the 9th minute Gökçek Mukremin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Seyit Yiğithan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Melikgazi's Seyit Yiğithan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gökçek Mukremin in the 11th minute of play. In the 13th minute Orhun Yarlık shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ali Macit Bozdağ saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Seyit Yiğithan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kazimierz Gomolka, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. In the 15th minute, Sadri Müşfik hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ali Macit Bozdağ took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ahmet Turan Tumbay, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Enis Özekan during the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 25 played minutes Erbaa got a freekick which was hit by Enis Özekan. A collision led to Erbaa getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Mesut Pakkan hit a great ball. Ali Macit Bozdağ took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ahmet Turan Tumbay, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gökçek Mukremin in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Seyit Yiğithan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ali Macit Bozdağ made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ahmet Turan Tumbay in the 34th minute of play. Songurbey Ankaralı was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 44 minutes into the match. In the 43rd minute, one of Erbaa:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Erbaa. After the first half Erbaa were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fadıl Avcı made a kick off. Melikgazi's defense didn't have a chance, in the 54th minute, when Mesut Pakkan scored to the left of an out of position Seyit Yiğithan, making the score, 0-3. Erbaa's Mesut Pakkan got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ali Macit Bozdağ made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fadıl Avcı in the 63rd minute of play. The Melikgazi fans' excitement grew in the 65th match minute when Melikgazi's Fadıl Avcı looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 72nd minute, Erbaa's Mesut Pakkan dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-4. In the 75th minute, Mehmet Bilge Hançer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Erbaa's Cuma Baştürk shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 76th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Seyit Yiğithan but with some difficulty. Kazimierz Gomolka received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Seyit Yiğithan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mustafa Anıl Ekici received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
