In the 21st minute, Halit Ziya Denizalp got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Efekan Olcay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aykut Oğuzbay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ant Dilsafa having to interfere. The supporters of TOPRAKSPOR booed when Kurtuluşspor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yağızhan Koray didn't get a good kick on the ball. TOPRAKSPOR's Aykut Oğuzbay got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 徐光义's late challenge caught a TOPRAKSPOR's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. 徐光义 helped the player get up and apologised. If Aykut Oğuzbay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Many of TOPRAKSPOR's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. TOPRAKSPOR may have spent more time on the ball, but Kurtuluşspor were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
