Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) MasK's Umut Gürçınar started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Melih Cevdet Yaygır had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ahmet Ali Akdemirci's late challenge caught a Kovancilar's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ahmet Ali Akdemirci helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, MasK's Ahmet Ali Akdemirci got a free kick in the 6th minute. Göktuğ Aktürk made in the 12th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Umut Gürçınar immediately put the ball in play. Erim Tuğser fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aktaç Toköz having to interfere. In the 16th match minute, MasK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ahmet Oğuz Onuker to maneuver through the defense. Aktaç Toköz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Umut Gürçınar in the 21st minute of play. Seyfullah Uz struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Oğuzalp Yezid didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kovancilar. Seyfullah Uz hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Erim Tuğser blasted a shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Aktaç Toköz having to make a save. After some careless play in the Kovancilar defense, Umut Gürçınar kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aktaç Toköz. The Kovancilar fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aktaç Toköz should have stopped the shot. 34 minutes into the game, Erim Tuğser cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Aktaç Toköz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 37 minutes into the match, Kovancilar's goal looked a bit too open when Umut Gürçınar came free, but Aktaç Toköz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Erim Tuğser might have been able to make a better finish in the 41st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Aktaç Toköz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Erim Tuğser ran back to his position shaking his head. Erim Tuğser recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The throw-in from Göktuğ Aktürk in the 44th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Kovancilar's Turgay Reşan. After the first half MasK were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

MasK's Oğuzalp Yezid played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Melih Cevdet Yaygır in the 54th minute of play. 58 minutes into the game, Seyfullah Uz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kovancilar's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave MasK the free kick. After a rather tough play, Kovancilar's Seyfullah Uz got a free kick in the 58th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Kovancilar's zone, Umut Gürçınar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aktaç Toköz came out of the goal and Umut Gürçınar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 62 minutes into the game, Göktuğ Aktürk threw the ball into play from the sideline. Kovancilar's Seyfullah Uz quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Seyfullah Uz struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. With a little luck, Kovancilar's Aktaç Toköz got control of the ball when Erim Tuğser tried to sneak it across the goal line. Göktuğ Aktürk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Aktaç Toköz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Melih Cevdet Yaygır received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Kovancilar's Turgay Reşan managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Göktuğ Aktürk in the 79 minute of the game. A sloppy throw-in by Göktuğ Aktürk in the 82nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Kovancilar's Turgay Reşan. Seyfullah Uz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Oğuzalp Yezid tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Melih Cevdet Yaygır scored 1-2 in the 90th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Oğuzalp Yezid, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. MasK walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
