Valentin Izãreanu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tommas Vanden Bossche in the 6th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nedim Şahinkan got free with Valentin Izãreanu in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 8 minutes into the match, BURGAZ FC's goal looked a bit too open when Tommas Vanden Bossche came free, but Valentin Izãreanu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to BURGAZ FC getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Vacib Dalan hit a great ball. In the 10th minute, Siegestor München's Tommas Vanden Bossche ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Valentin Izãreanu. Valentin Izãreanu yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Through an outstanding action, after 18 minutes, Valentin Izãreanu successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Davut Aşkıner hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. After 21 played minutes BURGAZ FC got a freekick which was hit by Osman Ekber. Valentin Izãreanu was out of position in the 22 minute of play, and Tommas Vanden Bossche capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Tommas Vanden Bossche really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. Valentin Izãreanu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tommas Vanden Bossche in the 27th minute of the match. 30 minutes into the game, Atabek Boysel was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. BURGAZ FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Siegestor München the free kick. In the 30th match minute, BURGAZ FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Atabek Boysel to maneuver through the defense. BURGAZ FC's Valentin Izãreanu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tommas Vanden Bossche in the 35th minute of play. BURGAZ FC's Atabek Boysel got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 42 minutes into the match, BURGAZ FC's goalkeeper Valentin Izãreanu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Makbul Yarangga. BURGAZ FC's Valentin Izãreanu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tommas Vanden Bossche in the 46th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

In the 52nd minute Tommas Vanden Bossche shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valentin Izãreanu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Franciszek Mlekodaj made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sadri Lut in the 56th minute. When Sadri Lut came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the BURGAZ FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sadri Lut couldn't finish the play. Valentin Izãreanu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Makbul Yarangga in the 62nd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, BURGAZ FC's Oğuz Karaoğlan got a free kick in the 63rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tommas Vanden Bossche in the 65th minute of play forced BURGAZ FC's goalkeeper Valentin Izãreanu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the BURGAZ FC defense, Nedim Şahinkan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Valentin Izãreanu. The BURGAZ FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Valentin Izãreanu should have stopped the shot. Tommas Vanden Bossche took the ball and in the 72 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Valentin Izãreanu. Valentin Izãreanu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. 75 minutes into the match, BURGAZ FC's goal looked a bit too open when Nedim Şahinkan came free, but Valentin Izãreanu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 76 minutes into the game, Siegestor München's Tommas Vanden Bossche nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Valentin Izãreanu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. Valentin Izãreanu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Makbul Yarangga in the 79th minute of play. BURGAZ FC's Oğuz Karaoğlan got his second yellow card of the match in the 83rd minute. The referee ordered Oğuz Karaoğlan off the ground. A collision led to BURGAZ FC getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Oğuz Karaoğlan hit a great ball. Valentin Izãreanu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Makbul Yarangga, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Sadri Lut fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Franciszek Mlekodaj having to interfere. Franciszek Mlekodaj made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sadri Lut in the 91st minute. 93 minutes into the match, Nedim Şahinkan notched a goal, 8-0, to the right of BURGAZ FC's Valentin Izãreanu. Valentin Izãreanu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the referee ended the match the Siegestor München players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
