None of the them looked very eager to play. 蔡国阳 started the match with the kick off. Through an outstanding action, after 2 minutes, Kadim Soyselçuk successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 6 minutes into the match, Leicester City's goalkeeper Kadim Soyselçuk had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by 蔡国阳. The supporters of Fırtına 61 booed when Leicester City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Seyhun Kıvılcım didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 12 played minutes Fırtına 61 got a freekick which was hit by Resul Temizkanoğlu. In the 17th minute Zygmunt Juszkowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Şimşek Orus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 18 minutes into the match, Iwo Petka notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Fırtına 61's Şimşek Orus. Leicester City's Kadim Soyselçuk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 蔡国阳 in the 35th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aktan İlbey in the 40th minute of play forced Fırtına 61's goalkeeper Şimşek Orus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kadim Soyselçuk was out of position in the 41 minute of play, and 蔡国阳 capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. 蔡国阳 really showed his touch with that goal: 2-2. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Iwo Petka made the kick off in the second half. Şimşek Orus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zygmunt Juszkowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mustafa Orhan Artuç during the 58th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Leicester City getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Mustafa Orhan Artuç hit a great ball. Şimşek Orus yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-3. Iwo Petka sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Fırtına 61's Ben Suteweij got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 85th minute, Şanver Ceceli ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kadim Soyselçuk was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-3. Şanver Ceceli scored 4-3 in the 94th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kadim Soyselçuk, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Leicester City's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
