Batuhan Tansan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Atabey Zahit read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 4th minute of play. Batuhan Tansan in the 8thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Atabey Zahit, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Atabey Zahit made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Batuhan Tansan sent off a good shot on target. Heybeliada's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Gürsel Bal in the 12th minute. If Uğuralp Ünsan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 26 minutes, Gürsel Bal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Heybeliada's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gürsel Bal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Batuhan Tansan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Atabey Zahit made a huge save. In the 33rd minute, Mehmet Toraman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aykutalp Eker showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ahmet Asım Elfaz, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. In the 37th minute Gürsel Bal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Atabey Zahit saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Heybeliada were awarded a corner in the 38th minute after ReyhanlıSpor's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Gürsel Bal took the corner. It was a well-played corner which Necip Numan managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Atabey Zahit stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gürsel Bal's shot from short distance in the 41st minute. Atabey Zahit made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gürsel Bal in the 43rd minute of play. Batuhan Tansan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Erman Atacan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Atabey Zahit having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Erman Atacan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Atabey Zahit tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Atabey Zahit showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mehmet Toraman, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. In the 57th minute, Ahmet Asım Elfaz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mehmet Toraman kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Batuhan Tansan might have been able to make a better finish in the 66th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Atabey Zahit. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Batuhan Tansan ran back to his position shaking his head. Atabey Zahit came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by Heybeliada's Gürsel Bal. But to his dismay, Gürsel Bal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. The audience was convinced that Batuhan Tansan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Atabey Zahit was relentless in the 76th minute of the game. If Gürsel Bal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 78th minute Erman Atacan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Atabey Zahit saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Gürsel Bal's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Atabey Zahit was relentless in the 81st minute of the game. If Gürsel Bal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 91 minutes into the match, Heybeliada's goal looked a bit too open when Ahmet Asım Elfaz came free, but Aykutalp Eker reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Heybeliada's Aykutalp Eker proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save Heybeliada from getting a goal against them. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Batuhan Tansan in the 94th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Atabey Zahit saved ReyhanlıSpor from getting behind.
