In the 38th match minute, FENERBAHÇE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arif Burak Refah to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to FENERBAHÇE getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Cezmi İşcan hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, SK Playfair managed to get in a good position for a shot. BURNAZ's supporters rose to their feet, but SK Playfair was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Şerif Tur breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ted Lennartsson scored 0-3 in the 42nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Şerif Tur, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 45 minutes into the match, İsmail Orhun Elfaz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Şerif Tur. FENERBAHÇE's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that İsmail Orhun Elfaz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Şerif Tur didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bircan Koçaş went, in the 55th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. A very good chance. 67 minutes into the match, Lars Praßke dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Şerif Tur, 0-7. After 70 played minutes FENERBAHÇE got a freekick which was hit by Ahmet Çağrı Bolat. FENERBAHÇE's Şerif Tur played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lars Praßke in the 73rd minute of play. Lars Praßke fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Şerif Tur having to interfere. Ted Lennartsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Şerif Tur made a huge save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ahmet Ozan Tekecan during the 84th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. If Lars Praßke had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Şerif Tur made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Ted Lennartsson sent off a good shot on target. In the 87th minute, Çelebi Yarkın hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Şerif Tur showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from İsmail Orhun Elfaz in the 89th minute of the match. İsmail Orhun Elfaz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Şerif Tur made a huge save. The crowd rose to their feet as İsmail Orhun Elfaz kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Şerif Tur. That made the score 0-9 in the 94 minute of play. When the match was over BURNAZ could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than FENERBAHÇE throughout the match.
