The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Rene Lucila came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the AksaraySpor-68 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rene Lucila couldn't finish the play. Vefa Doğu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ahmet Yahya Cihaner in the 6th minute of the match. After 12 played minutes GOODFELLAS got a freekick which was hit by Des Härma. In the 14th play minute Hüseyin Cahit Safih came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Vefa Doğu. 1-0. In the 20th minute, Hüseyin Cahit Safih left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The AksaraySpor-68 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. The audience was convinced that Dinu Coșereanu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mehmet Ferit İlkin was relentless in the 24th minute of the game. In the 31st match minute, GOODFELLAS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nihat Kongurtay to maneuver through the defense. The referee ignored GOODFELLAS's protests and gave Elias De Araujo a yellow card for diving instead. Dinu Coșereanu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Hüseyin Cahit Safih's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Vefa Doğu was relentless in the 56th minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Hüseyin Cahit Safih managed to get in a good position for a shot. AksaraySpor-68's supporters rose to their feet, but Hüseyin Cahit Safih was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vefa Doğu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Dinu Coșereanu came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the GOODFELLAS fans jumped to their feet. In the 70th minute Ahmet Yahya Cihaner shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vefa Doğu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 71 minutes into the match, GOODFELLAS's goal looked a bit too open when Hüseyin Cahit Safih came free, but Vefa Doğu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. AksaraySpor-68 were awarded a corner in the 72th minute after GOODFELLAS's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Rene Lucila took the corner. After taking down the ball on AksaraySpor-68's corner Rene Lucila fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Vefa Doğu quite easily take care of the ball. Dinu Coșereanu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 79th match minute, AksaraySpor-68 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Atilla Zekai to maneuver through the defense. Mehmet Ferit İlkin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jeffery De Keuster in the 80th minute of play. Vefa Doğu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hüseyin Cahit Safih in the 86th minute of the match. In the 89th minute, Jeffery De Keuster fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hüseyin Cahit Safih in the 93rd minute of play forced GOODFELLAS's goalkeeper Vefa Doğu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee blew the final whistle, AksaraySpor-68 could leave the field as winners, despite GOODFELLAS having more of the ball for most of the match.
