Şükrü Ersevim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ekber Azim, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Arya-Lina were awarded a corner in the 38th minute after Eminönü's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Fevzi Tezkan took the corner. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arda Akgündüz got free with Şükrü Ersevim in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Arda Akgündüz's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Şükrü Ersevim firmly grabbed it by the left post. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Arya-Lina's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jânio do Valle was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Şimşek Azimoğlu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. The Arya-Lina fans' excitement grew in the 71st match minute when Arya-Lina's Arda Akgündüz looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Şükrü Ersevim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ekber Azim in the 74th minute of play. Şimşek Azimoğlu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. For all the effort they put into the match, the Eminönü players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Arya-Lina.
