Şükrü Ersevim made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. After a defensive mix-up in Eminönü's zone, Güneş Karanalp stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Şükrü Ersevim came out of the goal and Güneş Karanalp tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Selim Ülgener who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 29thth minute tested the skills of Şükrü Ersevim when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Kılıçalp Safvetullah kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. After 34 played minutes çɛʀӄɛʐӄöʏ ʝӄ got a freekick which was hit by Yusuf Argün. After 39 played minutes Eminönü got a freekick which was hit by Kılıçalp Safvetullah. Gazi Nurullah received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Man Mane tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Şimşek Azimoğlu was the one to do the kick off. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Şükrü Ersevim prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 78th match minute, çɛʀӄɛʐӄöʏ ʝӄ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kurtuluş Acaralp to maneuver through the defense. Şükrü Ersevim was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Eminönü's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because çɛʀӄɛʐӄöʏ ʝӄ had won, even though Eminönü had held more of the ball.
