Bogdan Strungă made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cezmi Ugraş in the 10th minute of play. 12 minutes into the match, US Città di Palermo's goalkeeper Ata Türk had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kahraman Tüzün. deathsidestory's Nuralp Diclehan was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 14th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. After having played for 28 minutes, Alperen Turhan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kahraman Tüzün got free with Ata Türk in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some careless play in the US Città di Palermo defense, Nuralp Diclehan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ata Türk. The US Città di Palermo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ata Türk should have stopped the shot. Hayrettin Sabih's late challenge caught a deathsidestory's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hayrettin Sabih helped the player get up and apologised. In the 36th minute, one of US Città di Palermo:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for US Città di Palermo. Nuralp Diclehan walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cezmi Ugraş in the 39th minute of play forced deathsidestory's goalkeeper Bogdan Strungă to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 42 minutes into the match, Cezmi Ugraş had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bogdan Strungă. deathsidestory's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cezmi Ugraş was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kahraman Tüzün stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Otfried Mutke kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. If Kahraman Tüzün had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. Ata Türk came out of the goal in the 65th minute to try and stop a shot by deathsidestory's Kahraman Tüzün. But to his dismay, Kahraman Tüzün quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Kirstein Stenbo kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cezmi Ugraş in the 69th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bogdan Strungă saved deathsidestory from getting behind. The attack was good, but when Cezmi Ugraş in the 69th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Bogdan Strungă showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cezmi Ugraş, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. 73 minutes into the match, deathsidestory's goalkeeper Bogdan Strungă had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alperen Turhan. US Città di Palermo's Ata Türk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nuralp Diclehan in the 77th minute of play. deathsidestory's Nuralp Diclehan got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cezmi Ugraş recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. deathsidestory's Bogdan Strungă proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save deathsidestory from getting a goal against them. Ata Türk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nuralp Diclehan in the 96th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. deathsidestory had won after a very even match.
