The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 6 minutes, Orbay Mertol mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ADANASPOR and the Atak players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 7th minute, Orbay Mertol hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With his leg Atabey Yalazabey managed to avoid a goal in the 8thth minute, when Atak's Michail Antonio fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Arif Buğra Subutay recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Atabey Yalazabey made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Michail Antonio sent off a good shot on target. In the 11th minute, Samet Canıtez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match clock showed 13 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Arif Buğra Subutay sped through ADANASPOR's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Atabey Yalazabey. With his leg Atabey Yalazabey managed to avoid a goal in the 21stth minute, when Atak's Michail Antonio fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Michail Antonio who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 22ndth minute tested the skills of Atabey Yalazabey when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Atabey Yalazabey took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ferdinand Petran, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Michail Antonio got free with Atabey Yalazabey in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 26th minute, Ferdinand Petran reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Atabey Yalazabey. The goal made the score 2-0. 43 minutes into the match, Arif Buğra Subutay dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Atabey Yalazabey, 5-0. Atabey Yalazabey made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arif Buğra Subutay in the 54th minute of play. 56 minutes into the game, Tümer Tanbey was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ADANASPOR's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Atak the free kick. After 56 played minutes ADANASPOR got a freekick which was hit by Tümer Tanbey. If Michail Antonio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Atak's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Melih Cevdet Savlet in the 60th minute. Atak's Melih Cevdet Savlet was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Atabey Yalazabey in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Atabey Yalazabey showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Michail Antonio in the 64th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Atak's Melih Cevdet Savlet got a free kick in the 64th minute. After some careless play in the ADANASPOR defense, Michail Antonio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Atabey Yalazabey. The ADANASPOR fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Atabey Yalazabey should have stopped the shot. After 79 minutes of play, Atak's Michail Antonio made it 10-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Atabey Yalazabey was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 85 minutes, Michail Antonio made it 11-0 with a short kick to the right side. ADANASPOR's Atabey Yalazabey tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When Güntekin İsrafil fell near the penalty area in the 89th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Atak's protests and gave Güntekin İsrafil a yellow card for diving instead. Güntekin İsrafil hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. After 92 minutes, Coşkun Çokman mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ADANASPOR and the Atak players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 92 played minutes ADANASPOR got a freekick which was hit by Coşkun Çokman. In the 96th minute Arif Buğra Subutay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Atabey Yalazabey saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 97 minutes of play, Atak's Michail Antonio made it 12-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Atabey Yalazabey was left in no man's land by his defense there! There was no doubt that Atak were the better team. Atak's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
