Spectators: 7500 (Terracing: 5625, Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 150) Akil İslam started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Devlet Yaver showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kaan Eracar in the 2nd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Pehlivanköy's Lucas Torrea got a free kick in the 4th minute. Devlet Yaver made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Bilge Baykal sent off a good shot on target. 14 minutes into the match, Pehlivanköy's goalkeeper Devlet Yaver had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by İsmail Hakkı Tunak. Devlet Yaver made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kaan Eracar in the 16th minute of play. Akil İslam took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Şaban Kıncal. Şaban Kıncal dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Bilge Baykal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Devlet Yaver tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 26th minute Asım Ekrem Yaman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Devlet Yaver saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bilge Baykal came free with the goalkeeper in the 26th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Devlet Yaver could save by the left post. After having played for 27 minutes, Bilge Baykal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Erzurumspor's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bilge Baykal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Asım Ekrem Yaman got free with Devlet Yaver in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 33rd match minute, Erzurumspor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aybar Yusuf to maneuver through the defense. 34 minutes into the match, Erzurumspor's goal looked a bit too open when Akil İslam came free, but Şaban Kıncal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 35th minute, Asım Ekrem Yaman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Akil İslam in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Şaban Kıncal saved Erzurumspor from getting behind. Erzurumspor's Şaban Kıncal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Akil İslam in the 41st minute of play. Devlet Yaver made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Bilge Baykal sent off a good shot on target. In the 44th minute Kaan Eracar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Devlet Yaver saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Pehlivanköy's Devlet Yaver got control of the ball when Bilge Baykal tried to sneak it across the goal line.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kaan Eracar was the one to do the kick off. Devlet Yaver showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kaan Eracar, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. Erzurumspor's Şaban Kıncal proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save Erzurumspor from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in Erzurumspor's zone, Atakan Sarik stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Şaban Kıncal came out of the goal and Atakan Sarik tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 56th minute of the match, Atakan Sarik tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Şaban Kıncal saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After a rather tough play, Pehlivanköy's Marian Armanca got a free kick in the 56th minute. In the 59th minute Erzurumspor were awarded a corner. Mümtaz Zeynelabidin went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Erzurumspor's Mümtaz Zeynelabidin to fire away a dangerous shot which Devlet Yaver despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. A collision led to Erzurumspor getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Aydın Umman hit a great ball. Pehlivanköy's Devlet Yaver played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Asım Ekrem Yaman in the 65th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Atakan Sarik in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Şaban Kıncal prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 69th minute, Aydın Umman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 70 minutes into the match, Akil İslam had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Şaban Kıncal. Erzurumspor's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Akil İslam was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Mariusz Dziurowicz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Şaban Kıncal having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Bilge Baykal's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Devlet Yaver was relentless in the 75th minute of the game. 78 minutes into the match, Pehlivanköy's goal looked a bit too open when Kaan Eracar came free, but Devlet Yaver reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 81st minute, Atakan Sarik reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Şaban Kıncal. The goal made the score 0-3. Pehlivanköy were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Erzurumspor's much stronger midfield.
