Spectators: 7348 (Terracing: 5500, Seating: 1700, VIP seats: 148) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. After some careless play in the BARCELONA defense, Braulio Castel kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Haydar Dönmez. The BARCELONA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Haydar Dönmez should have stopped the shot. Braulio Castel kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Taha Nazım took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Haydar Dönmez. Haydar Dönmez dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oğuz Mengüer in the 27th minute of play forced BARCELONA's goalkeeper Haydar Dönmez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 33rd minute, Oğuz Mengüer made a precise shot to the right of Haydar Dönmez. BARCELONA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. Emirşah Atikoğlu hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. Haydar Dönmez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Taha Nazım, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 36 minutes into the match, BARCELONA's goal looked a bit too open when Oğuz Mengüer came free, but Haydar Dönmez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After the first half KARTALSPOR KULÜBÜ were leading 0-7. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Leszek Konieczny to make the kick off. Leszek Konieczny hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. KARTALSPOR KULÜBÜ's Fabrizio De Feo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leszek Konieczny in the 59th minute of play. Sufi Kadem charged in rather forcefully in the 75th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sufi Kadem the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. BARCELONA's İlkan Okseven got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Taha Nazım fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Haydar Dönmez having to interfere. Braulio Castel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Haydar Dönmez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Haydar Dönmez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oğuz Mengüer, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. KARTALSPOR KULÜBÜ's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
