The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Çağrı Şenaltan in the 3rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arif Bilge Akansel saved Persembe FK from getting behind. Arif Bilge Akansel was out of position in the 12 minute of play, and Çağrı Şenaltan capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Çağrı Şenaltan really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. In the 14th minute, Asaf Işınbay hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Duman Zade kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. After 26 minutes, Serhan Demiray made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Liazus's Levent Sabahaddin tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 32nd minute of the match Kılıçhan Cemre shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Arif Bilge Akansel showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. If Serhan Demiray had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Atak Uçman blasted a shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Levent Sabahaddin having to make a save. Liazus's Asaf Işınbay shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 43rd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Arif Bilge Akansel but with some difficulty. Çağrı Şenaltan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Arif Bilge Akansel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 45th minute of play. Arif Bilge Akansel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Çağrı Şenaltan in the 47th minute of play.

Levent Sabahaddin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Atak Uçman in the 51st minute of play. 62 minutes into the match, Persembe FK's goal looked a bit too open when Ümit Baydan came free, but Arif Bilge Akansel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Çağrı Şenaltan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Arif Bilge Akansel was relentless in the 66th minute of the game. Liazus's Levent Sabahaddin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nazım Toktimur in the 69th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Çağrı Şenaltan in the 74th minute of play forced Persembe FK's goalkeeper Arif Bilge Akansel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arif Bilge Akansel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mustafa Cumhur Akbilge, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Arif Bilge Akansel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Necmi Bahçeli went, in the 90th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. 93 minutes into the game, Atakan Sidal was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Persembe FK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Liazus the free kick. The supporters of Liazus booed when Persembe FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Atakan Sidal didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 96th minute Mustafa Cumhur Akbilge shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arif Bilge Akansel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Liazus were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Persembe FK for a fine match.
