The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute Beyhan Alkım shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tolgahan Dokuzer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 4th minute of the match NaMeKer Fc got a corner. YILDIZSPOR's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Beyhan Alkım ran over to the corner to take the kick. NaMeKer Fc's Beyhan Alkım was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Tolgahan Dokuzer in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Macit Doğanlars short, quick shot in the 8thth minute got Tolgahan Dokuzer to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 10th minute, Güney Yanıker ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ahmet Çağrı Yalçınkaya was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Tolgahan Dokuzer made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Ali Ömer Özgen sent off a good shot on target. 14 minutes into the match, YILDIZSPOR's goal looked a bit too open when Beyhan Alkım came free, but Tolgahan Dokuzer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to YILDIZSPOR getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Duran Zekai hit a great ball. In the 17th minute, Hayrettin Oymen made a precise shot to the right of Ahmet Çağrı Yalçınkaya. NaMeKer Fc's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. After 22 minutes of play, YILDIZSPOR's Güney Yanıker made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ahmet Çağrı Yalçınkaya was left in no man's land by his defense there! NaMeKer Fc's Ahmet Çağrı Yalçınkaya played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hayrettin Oymen in the 27th minute of play. Ercan Taci lost his temper 28 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Hayrettin Oymen scored 0-5 in the 34th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ahmet Çağrı Yalçınkaya, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. YILDIZSPOR's Tolgahan Dokuzer proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save YILDIZSPOR from getting a goal against them. If Ali Ömer Özgen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ali Ömer Özgen kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. After the first half YILDIZSPOR were leading 0-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

After 53 minutes, Nusret Ekin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the YILDIZSPOR and the NaMeKer Fc players grew even worse after the yellow card. Nusret Ekin kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. In the 54th minute of the match Beyhan Alkım shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tolgahan Dokuzer showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Tolgahan Dokuzer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pekin Denizer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, YILDIZSPOR's Hulusi Uçuk got a free kick in the 68th minute. After 69 played minutes, NaMeKer Fc's Beyhan Alkım shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Tolgahan Dokuzer came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in NaMeKer Fc reached it. YILDIZSPOR's Güney Yanıker managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Fethi Ülküm in the 70 minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Macit Doğanlar in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tolgahan Dokuzer saved YILDIZSPOR from getting behind. Haldun Perva's late challenge caught a YILDIZSPOR's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Haldun Perva helped the player get up and apologised. After 79 played minutes NaMeKer Fc got a freekick which was hit by Haldun Perva. In the 80th minute, YILDIZSPOR's Güney Yanıker dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-6. After 91 minutes, Sümer Ekin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the NaMeKer Fc and the YILDIZSPOR players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 91 played minutes NaMeKer Fc got a freekick which was hit by Sümer Ekin. After a defensive mix-up in NaMeKer Fc's zone, Güney Yanıker stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ahmet Çağrı Yalçınkaya came out of the goal and Güney Yanıker tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 94th minute, Macit Doğanlar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 96 minutes into the match, NaMeKer Fc's goalkeeper Ahmet Çağrı Yalçınkaya had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hayrettin Oymen. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. YILDIZSPOR had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
