Spectators: 7457 (Terracing: 5803, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 154) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when 洪迅奕 took the kick off in the first half of the match. Ali Behzat Hazin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Deniz Akbaşak having to interfere. 5 minutes into the game, Orhaneli Spor's Mesut Özerdem nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Deniz Akbaşak made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. In the 7th minute, Dilaver Mecit hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gilesindo Aviñante showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pavel Nedvěd, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. When Yüreğir's Bahri Oktar in the 16th minute got a chance for a shot 16th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Orhaneli Spor's goalie prevented a goal. Orhaneli Spor's Gilesindo Aviñante played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jorge Sennrich in the 26th minute of play. In the 31st minute Bahri Oktar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gilesindo Aviñante saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gilesindo Aviñante took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jorge Sennrich, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gilesindo Aviñante came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by Yüreğir's Jorge Sennrich. But to his dismay, Jorge Sennrich quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

1-2 became the score in the 51st minute when Bahri Oktar elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. 54 minutes into the match, Orhaneli Spor's goal looked a bit too open when Jorge Sennrich came free, but Gilesindo Aviñante reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 56th minute Bahri Oktar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gilesindo Aviñante saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pavel Nedvěd recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Yüreğir's Mehmet Ediz Şanalp was substituted for Idriss Hanok. Gilesindo Aviñante made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jorge Sennrich in the 62nd minute of play. After 64 played minutes Yüreğir got a freekick which was hit by Bahri Oktar. In the 65th minute, one of Yüreğir:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Yüreğir. In the 70th minute Bahri Oktar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gilesindo Aviñante saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 70thth minute of the game Bahri Oktar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Orhaneli Spor's Gilesindo Aviñante was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some careless play in the Orhaneli Spor defense, Jorge Sennrich kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gilesindo Aviñante. The Orhaneli Spor fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gilesindo Aviñante should have stopped the shot. 81 minutes into the match, Orhaneli Spor's goal looked a bit too open when Jorge Sennrich came free, but Gilesindo Aviñante reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Orhaneli Spor's Gilesindo Aviñante got control of the ball when Pavel Nedvěd tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gilesindo Aviñante showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jorge Sennrich, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. 89 minutes into the match, Orhaneli Spor's goalkeeper Gilesindo Aviñante had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bahri Oktar. Gilesindo Aviñante made a fantastic save in the 90th minute, when Pavel Nedvěd sent off a good shot on target. Yüreğir's 顾强平 was substituted for Pavel Nedvěd. 洪迅奕 struck a weak shot in the 97th minute. Deniz Akbaşak didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Orhaneli Spor. The Yüreğir supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Yüreğir would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
