In the 56th minute of the match Kilyos FC got a corner. Mermerspor's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Bilge Özal ran over to the corner to take the kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rüknettin Danış in the 59th minute of play forced Kilyos FC's goalkeeper Mustafa Hakan Yayalp to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kaspar Aasmaa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Felipe Mota tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Felipe Mota was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Zbigniew Tworek showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-2 in the 63 minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kaspar Aasmaa got free with Felipe Mota in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Kaspar Aasmaa in the 69thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Kaspar Aasmaa who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 80thth minute tested the skills of Felipe Mota when he managed to save the team from getting behind. If Gong Hong Zhan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 95th minute Rüknettin Danış shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mustafa Hakan Yayalp saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Venancio Magdaleno kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. When the match was over Kilyos FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Mermerspor throughout the match.
