In the 17th minute of the match, Zbigniew Tworek tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Tayfur Kiner saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Kaspar Aasmaa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Tayfur Kiner made a huge save. 21 minutes into the game, Berkan Şavat cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Mustafa Hakan Yayalp was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After having played for 25 minutes, Zbigniew Tworek managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kilyos FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zbigniew Tworek was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mustafa Hakan Yayalp showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sabri Ekabir, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sabri Ekabir in the 33rd minute of play forced Kilyos FC's goalkeeper Mustafa Hakan Yayalp to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 38 minutes into the game, Batman's Berkan Şavat nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mustafa Hakan Yayalp made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. After 41 played minutes Kilyos FC got a freekick which was hit by Venancio Magdaleno. Batman's Tayfur Kiner proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save Batman from getting a goal against them. Tayfur Kiner took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yin Liang Fei, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tayfur Kiner didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gong Hong Zhan went, in the 47th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Berkan Şavat stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Mustafa Hakan Yayalp showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Berkan Şavat in the 55th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Kaspar Aasmaa's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tayfur Kiner was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. One of Batman:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Kilyos FC:s goal. The referee gave Kilyos FC a penalty, 74 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Bilge Özal, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Batman's Tayfur Kiner. 4-2. The audience was convinced that Kaspar Aasmaa's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tayfur Kiner was relentless in the 79th minute of the game. Kilyos FC's Mustafa Hakan Yayalp proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save Kilyos FC from getting a goal against them. Tayfur Kiner tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Batman getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Dion Brando hit a great ball. Tayfur Kiner made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kaspar Aasmaa in the 96th minute of play. When the referee ended the match the Kilyos FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
