The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Çavuşbaşı FC. In the 19th minute there was a penalty for By Cengafer. Berke Sarısaltuk stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Güntekin Tugal. 0-1. After 22 played minutes By Cengafer got a freekick which was hit by Akın Yılma. In the 23rd match minute, By Cengafer was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Akın Yılma to maneuver through the defense. Çavuşbaşı FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave By Cengafer the free kick. After a rather tough play, Çavuşbaşı FC's Zekai Salman got a free kick in the 47th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Akın Yılma in the 48th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Güntekin Tugal saved Çavuşbaşı FC from getting behind. After the first half By Cengafer were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rüstem Bostancı stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Güntekin Tugal came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by By Cengafer's Muhsin Çağaçar. But to his dismay, Muhsin Çağaçar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4.
