Mustafa Ali Ökmener charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The supporters of UMUT EFE FC booed when Şafak Vakti《☆》 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Afşar Hiçsönmez was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Salomon Arratia in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Afşar Hiçsönmez saved Şafak Vakti《☆》 from getting behind. 34 minutes into the game, Savaş Serkut was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Şafak Vakti《☆》's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave UMUT EFE FC the free kick. Savaş Serkut kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Salomon Arratia in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Afşar Hiçsönmez prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Afşar Hiçsönmez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ramazan Ulukut in the 41st minute of play. After the first half UMUT EFE FC were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

In the 51st minute, Salomon Arratia got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 52nd minute, Fethi Haksever ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Afşar Hiçsönmez was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. A collision led to Şafak Vakti《☆》 getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Alberto Zola hit a great ball. 60 minutes into the match, Şafak Vakti《☆》's goalkeeper Afşar Hiçsönmez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Salomon Arratia. Afşar Hiçsönmez was out of position in the 63 minute of play, and Salomon Arratia capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Salomon Arratia really showed his touch with that goal: 0-6. Fethi Haksever struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Afşar Hiçsönmez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for UMUT EFE FC. Salomon Arratia could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Afşar Hiçsönmez made a huge save. Afşar Hiçsönmez stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Salomon Arratia's shot from short distance in the 71st minute. Afşar Hiçsönmez made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fethi Haksever in the 72nd minute. Şafak Vakti《☆》's Afşar Hiçsönmez proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save Şafak Vakti《☆》 from getting a goal against them. After 77 minutes of play, UMUT EFE FC's Fethi Haksever made it 0-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Afşar Hiçsönmez was left in no man's land by his defense there! UMUT EFE FC's Sebati Özdoru was substituted for Emirhan Tibet. Salomon Arratia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Afşar Hiçsönmez having to interfere. When the match clock showed 93 minutes, the score became 0-8 when Robert Bochkin sped through Şafak Vakti《☆》's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Afşar Hiçsönmez. Ahmet Bedri Orgun's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 96thth minute, Afşar Hiçsönmez skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. When the match was over UMUT EFE FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Şafak Vakti《☆》 throughout the match.
