After 17 minutes of play, Kocaeli Kuzgunlar's Talat Kayrabay made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dursun Ali Hekimbaşı was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Talat Kayrabay in the 20th minute of play forced ÇAYKUR RİZESPOR's goalkeeper Dursun Ali Hekimbaşı to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 21 minutes into the match, ÇAYKUR RİZESPOR's goalkeeper Dursun Ali Hekimbaşı had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Batıhan Erdursun. The ÇAYKUR RİZESPOR fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dursun Ali Hekimbaşı should have stopped the shot. Dursun Ali Hekimbaşı made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Talat Kayrabay in the 36th minute of play. In the 38th minute, Armando Lopes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ÇAYKUR RİZESPOR fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. Dursun Ali Hekimbaşı was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Batıhan Erdursun showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-2 in the 42 minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-2 at half-time.

Kocaeli Kuzgunlar's Gazi Tanırer proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save Kocaeli Kuzgunlar from getting a goal against them. Kocaeli Kuzgunlar's defense didn't have a chance, in the 57th minute, when Liam Salamone scored to the left of an out of position Gazi Tanırer, making the score, 3-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Talat Kayrabay in the 64th minute of play forced ÇAYKUR RİZESPOR's goalkeeper Dursun Ali Hekimbaşı to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 69th minute, ÇAYKUR RİZESPOR's Armando Lopes dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-4. Boran Şirzat's late challenge caught a ÇAYKUR RİZESPOR's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. A hard shot by Köksal Genç from long distance, 73 minutes into the match, got Gazi Tanırer's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hüseyin Turan Sanak during the 74th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Kocaeli Kuzgunlar's Talat Kayrabay got a free kick in the 76th minute. Liam Salamone scored 3-5 in the 77th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gazi Tanırer, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Gazi Tanırer didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Armando Lopes went, in the 80th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-6 was the resulting score. Gazi Tanırer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gerasim Chepikov, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. With a little luck, Kocaeli Kuzgunlar's Gazi Tanırer got control of the ball when Liam Salamone tried to sneak it across the goal line. Armando Lopes took the ball and in the 90 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gazi Tanırer. Gazi Tanırer dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-7. In the 94th minute, Talat Kayrabay made a precise shot to the right of Dursun Ali Hekimbaşı. ÇAYKUR RİZESPOR's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-7. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. ÇAYKUR RİZESPOR walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
