The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Şerafettin İdrisoğlu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abdulkerim Memduh, who was totally free with the ball in the 2nd minute. Halil Utku Yalçınkaya took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Doğa Ferhat, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Yeşilova's Sermet Uruk got a free kick in the 6th minute. Yeşilova's Halil Utku Yalçınkaya proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save Yeşilova from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abdulkerim Memduh in the 18th minute of play forced Ömer Batu's goalkeeper Şerafettin İdrisoğlu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 24 played minutes Yeşilova got a freekick which was hit by Yiğit Öksak. Halil Utku Yalçınkaya made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Mahsun İstanbul sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mahsun İstanbul got free with Halil Utku Yalçınkaya in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Yiğit Öksak hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Doğa Ferhat sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 36 minutes into the match, Yeşilova's goal looked a bit too open when Doğa Ferhat came free, but Halil Utku Yalçınkaya reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Şerafettin İdrisoğlu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abdulkerim Memduh in the 38th minute of play. Halil Utku Yalçınkaya was out of position in the 40 minute of play, and Doğa Ferhat capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Doğa Ferhat really showed his touch with that goal: 3-1. After 43 minutes of play, Yeşilova's Yiğit Öksak made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. The wind increased when Jan Daverveld made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st match minute, Ömer Batu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Battal Cüneyt Şiraz to maneuver through the defense. Halil Utku Yalçınkaya made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mahsun İstanbul in the 53rd minute of play. Yeşilova's Halil Utku Yalçınkaya played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Doğa Ferhat in the 54th minute of play. In the 57th minute Doğa Ferhat shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Halil Utku Yalçınkaya saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Ömer Batu's Şerafettin İdrisoğlu got control of the ball when Yiğit Öksak tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jan Daverveld fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Şerafettin İdrisoğlu having to interfere. The throw-in from Köksal Vefai in the 72nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Ömer Batu's Faruk Nafiz Akman. In the 77th minute Lemi Dilercan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Halil Utku Yalçınkaya saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Şerafettin İdrisoğlu made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Abdulkerim Memduh sent off a good shot on target. In the 81st minute, Yiğit Öksak hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Deniz Nuh received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Halil Utku Yalçınkaya tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 84 minutes into the game, Doğa Ferhat cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-2. Halil Utku Yalçınkaya was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With 87 minutes on the clock, Köksal Vefai commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After a rather tough play, Yeşilova's Köksal Vefai got a free kick in the 88th minute. If Jan Daverveld had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 96 minutes, Lemi Dilercan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ömer Batu's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lemi Dilercan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Ömer Batu had played much better football throughout.
