Baybars Akdemir started the match with the kick off. Ejder Keramettin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cido Furtado in the 3rd minute of the match. An unexpected shot in the 5th minute by Baybars Akdemir got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 7th minute, Ciftlikköy's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Baybars Akdemir fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Erkut Türköz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Michael Hegngaard having to interfere. In the 11th minute Gökçek Türemen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Michael Hegngaard saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Ciftlikköy getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Gökçek Türemen hit a great ball. Cido Furtado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ejder Keramettin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Enginalp Şemsifer went, in the 21st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. If Cido Furtado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Giresunspor's Kemal Demiroğlu got a free kick in the 31st minute. Giresunspor's Michael Hegngaard played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Köksal Güler in the 33rd minute of play. Ciftlikköy's Ejder Keramettin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cido Furtado in the 36th minute of play. 40 minutes into the match, Cido Furtado had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ejder Keramettin. Ciftlikköy's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cido Furtado was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Baybars Akdemir fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ejder Keramettin having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Köksal Güler to strike the kick off in the second half. Ciftlikköy's Yaşar Nuri Kaya got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 59th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ciftlikköy's goalkeeper Ejder Keramettin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ejder Keramettin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cido Furtado went, in the 61st minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. Giresunspor's Cido Furtado got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 66 played minutes Ciftlikköy got a freekick which was hit by Gökçek Türemen. 67 minutes into the match, Cido Furtado notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of Ciftlikköy's Ejder Keramettin. Ejder Keramettin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Cido Furtado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Enginalp Şemsifer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cido Furtado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Ejder Keramettin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Baybars Akdemir took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ejder Keramettin. Ejder Keramettin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. Ciftlikköy's Ejder Keramettin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Enginalp Şemsifer in the 84th minute of play. Cido Furtado took the ball and in the 87 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ejder Keramettin. Ejder Keramettin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-0. If Cido Furtado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
