The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the game, FENERBAHÇE İSTANBUL's Juan Perón nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Türker Sanbay made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 7th minute, Kaan Demiray left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FENERBAHÇE İSTANBUL fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. 10 minutes into the game, Juan Perón cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Türker Sanbay was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Tales Castro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 16 minutes into the match, Samsunspor's goal looked a bit too open when Tales Castro came free, but Türker Sanbay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Samsunspor defense, Tales Castro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Türker Sanbay. The Samsunspor fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Türker Sanbay should have stopped the shot. Samsunspor's Türker Sanbay played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juan Perón in the 23rd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Samsunspor's zone, Juan Perón stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Türker Sanbay came out of the goal and Juan Perón tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Samsunspor's Türker Sanbay played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tales Castro in the 31st minute of play. In the 34th match minute, Samsunspor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Boran Tahir to maneuver through the defense. In the 37th minute, Kaan Demiray left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FENERBAHÇE İSTANBUL fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-6. Juan Perón received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Türker Sanbay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Türker Sanbay didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tales Castro went, in the 43rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-7 was the resulting score. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Kaan Demiray managed to get in a good position for a shot. FENERBAHÇE İSTANBUL's supporters rose to their feet, but Kaan Demiray was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Türker Sanbay breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After the first half FENERBAHÇE İSTANBUL were leading 0-7. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Birkan Batı made a kick off. 52 minutes into the game, Juan Perón cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-8. Türker Sanbay was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 55th match minute, Samsunspor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Berkem Kasım to maneuver through the defense. Türker Sanbay didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kaan Demiray went, in the 58th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-9 was the resulting score. After 63rd play minutes Tales Castro shot 0-10, a short shot which went by Türker Sanbay and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 67th minute, FENERBAHÇE İSTANBUL's Juan Perón dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-11. Juan Perón's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Türker Sanbay read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 69th minute of play. It was a well-played corner which Ergincan Beytekin managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Türker Sanbay took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juan Perón, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A hard shot 74 in the game by Kaan Demiray from a close distance when the talented Türker Sanbay managed to make a qualified save. Samsunspor's players were relieved. Türker Sanbay made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kaan Demiray in the 77th minute of play. Berkem Kasım hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Türker Sanbay was a little too slow when Lemi Sarphan got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 80th minute. The score was now 0-12. Türker Sanbay made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tales Castro in the 83rd minute. Türker Sanbay made an important save on a dangerous shot by Juan Perón in the 84th minute. Türker Sanbay made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Güray Aytekin in the 94th minute of play. FENERBAHÇE İSTANBUL played a much better game than Samsunspor and deserved their victory. The Samsunspor players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
