Zuhejr Kodro's late challenge caught a Bayburtspor's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. One of Tatvan gölkent sk:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Bayburtspor:s goal. Mehmet Ali Eriş came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Tatvan gölkent sk's Miroslav Šagáth. But to his dismay, Miroslav Šagáth quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. The audience was convinced that Hıncal Hatırlı's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Arif Bilge Uysal was relentless in the 29th minute of the game. Tatvan gölkent sk's Arif Bilge Uysal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hıncal Hatırlı in the 32nd minute of play. Bayburtspor's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Kahraman Durucan in the 33rd minute. A nice corner shot did that Illés Albert got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Arif Bilge Uysal quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hıncal Hatırlı in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arif Bilge Uysal prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Ensar Özakıncı came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Bayburtspor fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ensar Özakıncı couldn't finish the play. After having played for 46 minutes, Hıncal Hatırlı managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bayburtspor's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hıncal Hatırlı was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Mehmet Ali Eriş made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miroslav Šagáth in the 51st minute of play. 56 minutes into the match, Bayburtspor's goal looked a bit too open when Fazıl Siddik came free, but Mehmet Ali Eriş reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 91 minutes Tatvan gölkent sk's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Kahraman Durucan who took care of the corner kick. Bayburtspor's Kahraman Durucan was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Arif Bilge Uysal in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in.
