Zülfikar Arıbaş showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Uygur Timurkan in the 22nd minute of the match. Jacek Zdrojowy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gigel Şerbănescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Gigel Şerbănescu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jacek Zdrojowy was relentless in the 44th minute of the game. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gigel Şerbănescu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 57 minutes into the match, Ozon Fc's goal looked a bit too open when Sungurbey Armağan came free, but Zülfikar Arıbaş reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Ozon Fc defense, Sungurbey Armağan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zülfikar Arıbaş. The Ozon Fc fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zülfikar Arıbaş should have stopped the shot. In the 62nd minute Mario Hortigosa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zülfikar Arıbaş saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mehmet Halis İlsev hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Passenger's Songur Vedat got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Ozon Fc getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Yavuz Bülent Sebih hit a great ball. Egemen Akmaner received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Jacek Zdrojowy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Semih Semi hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Eufrasio Rojas kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. Zülfikar Arıbaş made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Songur Vedat in the 82nd minute of play. Celil Günaydın hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. Semih Semi hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Songur Vedat might have been able to make a better finish in the 87th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Zülfikar Arıbaş. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Songur Vedat ran back to his position shaking his head. Jacek Zdrojowy stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gigel Şerbănescu's shot from short distance in the 95th minute. Ozon Fc succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Passenger had controlled the match.
